This page is for the Oria AI app (iOS and Android, developer
TheOther Intelligence LLC). Use it to request or complete deletion of your
account and the personal data we store with it. Deletion is permanent.
How to delete your account
On this page. Sign in with the same email, Google, or Apple account you use
for Oria AI, then confirm deletion below.
In the Oria AI app. Open Account → About → Delete Account, then confirm.
This is available on both iOS and Android.
By email. If you cannot sign in, write to
privacy@theother.me
from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We complete email requests within
30 days.
Cancel any Apple or Google Play subscription separately in that store. Deleting your Oria AI
account does not automatically stop store billing.
Delete on this page
Sign in, then confirm. This uses the same Oria AI account as the iOS and Android apps.
Self-serve deletion is temporarily unavailable. Email
privacy@theother.me and we will delete the account.

Your Oria AI account has been deleted. You are signed out
on this device. Associated personal data is removed from our production systems with the
account; residual backups are purged within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
When you delete your Oria AI account, we delete:
Your sign-in account (email and authentication credentials)
Profile information (name, username, addresses, and other profile fields you entered)
Conversations with Oria, notes, mood check-ins, insights, memories, and coaching plans
Location history, place labels, and other device-synced activity stored in Oria
Stored Health Data summaries (daily metrics, insight inputs, coaching observations, food-photo
nutrition, and friend-challenge entries). Raw records in Health Connect or Apple Health stay on your
device; revoke those permissions separately if you want the app to stop reading them
Social posts you created in Moments, plus your likes and comments
App preferences, notification settings, and connected-service tokens stored by Oria
Data that may be kept, and for how long
Store billing records. Apple and Google keep their own purchase and
subscription records. Cancel in the App Store or Google Play if you have an active plan.
We may retain limited billing identifiers as required for tax, accounting, or fraud
prevention, typically up to the period required by law (often up to 7 years for tax records).
Legal and security records. We may keep a minimal record of the deletion
request (for example, that an account was deleted and when) as needed to handle disputes
or abuse.
Backups. Copies in routine backups are purged within 30 days.
Third-party AI providers. Data already sent to providers such as OpenAI,
Anthropic, or Google to generate a response cannot be recalled from those providers. We
do not keep sending them data after your account is deleted. See our

Waitlist or newsletter. These are separate from the app account. Email
privacy@theother.me if you also want those
addresses removed.
